Sales Terms & Conditions

  • All the audio electronic devices sold under the company name RudiStor Sound Systems are made  in Europe or USA, in respect of European Union and US laws.

  • Warranty is one year long, in terms of carry-in Certificate of sales and warranty will be shipped together with the product.

  • Packaging and transportation. The transport package is safe and professionally made, the goods are insured for transportation demages. If any transport damage happens the buyer must inform the seller within 7 days from the goods delivering.

  • Dead on Arrival. If the goods are damaged or  not properly working at the arrival, the buyer must inform the seller within 7 days, and the goods will be replaced with no cost at all for buyer.

  • All the prices include shipment

Delivery

  • Each product have and estimated delivery time showed  in product description , we do our best to respect the delivery time.

  • Shipment is done by  ( federal Express priority )

Payment:

  • we accept payments by PayPal and CC trough Paypal gateway as well as bank wire trsansfer. We do not accept checks.

  • all Prices are in US Dollars, prices listed on this page are valid only for U.S. market.

Mail to us and the  product will be booked for you, you will receive by return mail the bank coordinates for payment, product will be shipped as soon the bank will notify payment
