Sales Terms & Conditions

  • All the audio electronic devices sold under the company name RudiStor Sound Systems are made  in Europe or in the USA , in respect of European Union  and US regulations.

  • Warranty is one year long worldwide, (24 month inside the European Union ), in terms of carry-in Certificate of sales and warranty will be shipped together with the product.

  • Packaging and transportation. The transport package is safe and professionally made, the goods are insured for transportation demages. If any transport damage happens the buyer must inform the seller within 7 days from the goods delivering.

  • Dead on Arrival. If the goods are damaged or  not properly working at the arrival, the buyer must inform the seller within 7 days, and the goods will be replaced or repaired at no cost.

  • All the prices includes VAT and transportation. No other costs  will be charged  except for custom duties.( products purchased from USA webshop by US cusomers will be not charged by any duty even if item is  shipped form Europe,since  duties if due,  will be charged to us )

Delivery

  • Each product have and estimated delivery time written in product description , we do our best  effortin order to stay in the forecasted delivery time, when you send an order you will be promptly informed about a forecasted shipping date

  • Shipment is done by  FEDERAL EXPRESS or DHL,   transport  take 24-48 hrs inside Europe, 48-72 hrs for N. America, 72 hrs to Australia and Asia. Customer will be notified by tracking number as soon the item has been shipped.

  • WE DO NOT DELIVER TO MAILBOX OR NOT CONFIRMED ADDRESS

Payment:

  • we accept payments by PayPal, and Credit Card torugh PayPal secure gateway, just follow the "buy now buttons"

  • We accewpt payment by bank wire transfer. Email us  in order to have the coordinates for payment    info@rudistor.com,

  • All prices are in euro € ,(   click for Currency converter.),

  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT: Western Union, Bill Pay, Cash, Check, NEVER send to us your credit card coordinates, the Credit Cards are processed only trough PayPal secure gataway.

  • Agian: WE ACCEPT PAYMENT TROUGH PAYPAL or BANK WIRE DIRECT TRABSFER ( Swift / Routoing / IBAN )

  • A valid telephone number must be communicated  ( as a part of shipping address, as a beside note, or on separate email ) this is needed by currier.

Buyer protection:

  • Customer have the right to refuse the product  within 7 calendar days, starting  from the date of product receivement. ( as reported on currier shipping documents )
