Notes: Sending this form to RudiStor Cutomer Service you agree on the following terms and conditions

  • Service may be requested only trough this form.
  • Most part of service do not require the shipment to our lab and are fixed following our  simple instrucions, other times is just a matter to give to customer explanation of a specific phenomena, all those activities are part of pur service and we are glad to help our customer to enjoy our products, we appreciate the cooperative attitude that is a distingiushing aspect of the audiophile enthusuasts. 
  • For products covered by  warranty the service will be done free of charge, the shipment wil be at customer costs if not agreed in a different way
  • For product not in warranry the service will charged to customer as well as shipment costs.
  • Products with evident sign of improper use, or holding modifications or tweeking may be rejected, and shipped back at owner costs
  • All service will have 30days of warranty, this 30 days warranty will be not added to the standard warranty time
  • Product not showing any defect will be carefully tested and shipped back at custome costs, a servic efee of 100 US$ will be charged
  • If service implies works or componets not cover by warranty contract , the customer will be advised in advance of estimeted costs.
  • Customer may ship the prodcut for service only after botification of RM# ( Return Number ) or other written authorization
  • In case servise require international shipment, the customer must strictly follow the instruction given by RudiStor service, If shipment modules  and forms will be filled following our instruction no customs fee will charged to customer or to us, In case of charges of duties due to wrong module filling or wrong cutom declaration made by customer, the costs will be charged to customer.
  • Always contact us before shipping in order to have the appropriate instructions  for paper filling
  • If you ship for service from outside EU use only DHL, UPS or Fedex, shipment done using EMS or postal service may be rejected by custom and bounced back.
