RP030 incorporate a discrete components signal splitter of the highest quality in orer to convert unbalanced signal in balanced signal, so it can work always in balanced mode either if connected to a balanced or unbalanced source. The front illuminated gouges ( instruments) are connected to a voltage comparator and show the correct functioning of all ther power supply components of the amplifer. The St-By switch work as "mute", so the headphone can be virtually disconnected from the amplifer when needed.
